Construction of the underground parking structure, which will hold about 100 parking stalls, is well underway. To provide context to the photo, the road you see across the top is Main Street and the ramp into the parkade can be seen in the top left. As well as the underground parking, there will be ground level parking with approximately 80 parking stalls.  As of mid-November, 1,300 cubic meters of concrete have been poured for the building’s foundations. This is the equivalent of 51,000 encyclopedias! Once construction of the underground parkade and foundation of the building is complete, the next step will be to build the steel frame of the building. It is expected the framing will begin in the Spring of 2024.
